Shipping and delivery times, places, costs and methods

1 City Tre Srl will deliver the products selected and ordered, in the manner chosen by the Buyer or indicated on the website at the time of offering the goods, as confirmed in the e-mail referred to in point 4.2.

2 Shipping times may vary: they are indicative and not guaranteed (24/48 working hours). We will proceed with processing the order as soon as the payment is authorized (in case of payment by credit card, Paypal, Afterpay or Satispay) or as soon as the transfer amount is physically credited to our current account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer) and the items will be available, orders will be processed as quickly as possible. This verification may cause a delay in the shipment of your order.

3 Shipments are made via GLS courier. Shipping costs in Italy are free, except for different specifications. For orders whose amount is less than 80 EUR, shipping costs amount from a minimum of 5 euros to a maximum of 16 euros (the amount varies if the shipment is to be made to Venice, the Major and Minor Islands) . In EU countries, orders whose value in a single transaction exceeds 200 Euros are shipped free of charge. In non-EU countries, orders whose value in a single transaction exceeds 500 Euros are shipped free of charge, while the customer is always responsible for any local, import and/or customs clearance taxes. Unique cost of 50 Euros for each country (30 Euros only for Norway and 70 Euros only for Turkey). In countries belonging to the EU and in non-EU countries for orders lower than the amounts indicated, the cost of shipments including customs fees is €24.50

5 Return times are in working days and are to be considered indicative and not guaranteed.

6 If the expected weight for each expense is exceeded, a higher cost will be applied for each additional kg of goods. The costs, for weights greater than those reported, can be calculated by visiting the website www.ups.com for abroad and www.gls-italy.com for Italy.

7 In case of absence of the recipient, after three attempts, the GLS network will arrange collection at the nearest branch, where the Buyer can go to collect the shipment in question within 10 days. To find out all the Parcel Shop points, visit the website www.gls-italy.com

CLICK&COLLECT - Buy online and collect in store

It is possible to make a purchase online and collect it for free in one of our five stores. It's very simple: just add the items to the cart and choose the most convenient store for collection. Once the order is ready, the customer will receive an email and will be contacted by the store chosen for collection. To collect it, from the date of telephone contact, the customer has 7 days at his disposal (excluding Saturday and Sunday). All you need to do is show the order confirmation received via email at the time of purchase and an identity document or any delegation at the checkout. In case of failure to collect the goods, the goods will be returned to our warehouses and the order will be cancelled.

The service is active only for orders with digital payment (Credit Card, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Scalapay or Satispay).
